Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights as I was attending a concert nearby. The room, although a bit run down, had a decent size, but unfortunately, the side location didn't offer a pleasant view. I felt that with some renovation, it could be much better value for the price paid of £600 for the stay.
I asked for a quiet room and got just that, making my stay superb. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever experienced. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, the room created noise for the people below, which made them apprehensive about moving around their room, especially considering the £140 per night price tag since the hotel was taken over by Jury's.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable but could use a good clean, and thankfully, mine wasn't facing the noisy nightclub nearby. The service was attentive and quick to resolve any issues, although a late-night fire alarm turned out to be a prank. The location was quite advantageous, close to the town center but unfortunately next to a busy nightclub. The dining options were decent, but the tired food presentation was a letdown. Overall, it was an okay stay with some highs and lows.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was massive with a huge comfy bed, but it showed some wear and tear, especially in the bathroom. The service was a bit mixed - the staff were helpful and courteous, but they forgot to give us the code for the car park when we checked in. The location was ideal, right in the city center near shops and cafes, although the noise from people outside late at night was a downside. The dining experience was decent with plenty of food choices, but it could have been better. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spotless and charming, suitable for my disability equipment, but much smaller than expected from the pictures. The staff was a bit scruffy and even disturbed us late at night due to a leak, but overall, they were incredibly friendly and polite throughout our stay. The location was central but noisy, making it a convenient spot for exploring the city, yet challenging to get a good night's sleep. The dining options had their ups and downs, with a self-service breakfast that didn't impress us but a delightful meal on another occasion. However, the pricing seemed a bit high for the value provided.
My stay at the hotel was quite good overall. The rooms were incredibly cozy with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, but there were some issues like a small size and a faulty fridge that was never fixed despite reporting it on the first day. However, the ample space in the room made moving around easy, even though I found it a bit small for my liking. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, which added a nice touch to the stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were absolutely lovely, very roomy, and comfortable, although there were a few things broken or not working like the fridge, safe, and bathroom extraction. The good air conditioning was a plus, and the room was clean and well-presented.
The hotel is centrally located but suffers from noise issues on weekends. The rooms lack sufficient hooks for hanging clothes and are situated above a function room, experiencing disturbance from nearby clubs until the early hours, so light sleepers beware.
